Shipping is a Flat Rate across New Zealand of $7 per order on all orders. Orders get shipped once all products are ready. We Courier all orders within New Zealand so cannot send to PO Box addresses. This service is usually overnight* delivery within the North Island and two day* delivery within the South Island (excluding rural can take an extra day or two depending on your area). Please remember that events outside our control and the Couriers can arise, especially in Winter when the Roads can close due to bad weather.

What are your products made from?
All our wooden products are manufactured in house by ourselves from FSC approved NZ Pine. FSC stands for 'Forest Stewardship Council', and certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits. Pine is classed as renewable, recyclable, carbon-efficient, low-energy and high-performance.
We use Resene paints as they have an extensive range of Environmental Choice approved paints that have been independently verified, including no added VOCs and an extensive range of low VOC products. Meaning they have low or no volatile organic compounds in them. This means they are considered safer to use indoors and don't generally cause issues from off-gassing.
Our aluminium is source from the Mill here in New Zealand and is a responsible choice as it is not only strong, durable and wont rust, but is called the green metal because it is a very environmentally friendly metal. Recycling this material saves 95% of the energy required to produce aluminium from raw materials. It is one of the most environmentally friendly metals on the planet and is a sustainable choice as it can be recylced.
We use Dulux powder coating, which is manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand. These are considered eco-friendly as they contain no harmful volatile organic solvents, and are free of heavy metal pigments such as lead, cadmium, arsenic & mercury.
What is your packaging made from?
We don't use fancy packaging, but recyclable and biodegradable options. Our products are packaged and shipped in FSC certified cardboard, certified recycled cardboard and kraft paper, which are all eco-friendly. Recycled cardboard and kraft paper are mainly made up of recycled paper and pulp which would otherwise go to landfill. Unfortunately for shipping requirements many of our products are still wrapped in a single layer of protective foam, which is more environmentally friendly than several layers of bubble wrap. However we encourage our customers to re-use this incredible product or donate it to local organisations or ECE's (Early Childhood Centres) for use in arts and crafts to get the most out of it's lifetime.
Many of our labels are now thermally printed, instead of using inks and toners which cause significant environmental impacts.
Can you adjust the size of a product?
We can make minor adjustments to our current products/range (ie shortening lengths, and in some cases increasing). Please note that there is often additional charges for this depending on the work that needs to be done. Please send us an email or use the Contact Form before Ordering.
Can you Custom make my design?
We are not taking on any custom orders for products we don't manufacture sorry.
**PEGBOARDS- We made the tough decision to no longer manufacture Pegboards. This is due to a supply issue with raw Plywood from our Suppliers across the board. It saddens us to have to make this call but we believe in manufacturing you the best products we can. Thank you for understanding**
Current turnaround time is normally 14-20 days (unless specified differently in the Top Banner and the Home Page) from placing your order until it is ready to ship. It will either be sent that day or the following working day. If it is ready sooner we will ship it. You will receive a Track and Trace email with the link for the Courier when it is on its way.
We do apologise for the long wait to receive your order, we know its exciting and you want it straight away, but it is worth the wait. We mainly manufacture to order, not just paint to order, so you know your order has been given the care and attention to detail it deserves.
If you require your order urgently then please check with us before placing your order if we can meet your timeframe (Update- we are currently heavily booked with work for September-October and will not be able to rush any orders without a Fee), or we offer a Rush Service with a Fee of $15 per smaller item and $25 per larger item. The Fee covers a range of different costs involved in manufacturing from extra setups of machinery to getting extra help onboard.
What is a Removable Wall Handle (aka Coat Hook)?
A removable Handle/Hook has a 4cm x 1.8cm x 1.8cm Block on the back so you can adhere one side of an Adhesive Damage Free Interlocking Strip to it and the other to the wall for it to connect to. (Adhesive Interlocking Strips are not supplied as you will need to purchase one suitable to your wall type, ie Wall paper, painted etc) These are very suitable to our customers who are renting and cannot make holes in their walls.
What is a Screw in Wall Handle (aka Coat Hook)?
The Screw in option has a 3.5cm long wooden shaft behind it (which is left natural) with a screw coming out from it. This can be used with the self drilling Plasterboard Plug which is supplied if you want to go thru Plasterboard without a stud behind it. An easy to follow instruction card is supplied and only a handheld screw driver is required to insert the Plasterboard Plug. These can hold up to 10kg, however we recommend common sense is used and recommend hanging a maximum of 5kg. The other option is to screw the Wall Handle directly into a stud, which requires a small 2mm diameter Pilot Hole to be drilled first (make sure it is into the stud) and this can hold a maximum of 8kg, but again please practice common sense.
How do I Install my product?
All of our products come with a Hanging Kit which includes a Plasterboard Plug(s), Screws if your product needs them, and a card or sticker with detailed Installation Instructions. You can also see our Instructions tab to view Step-by-step photos of these processes.
Custom colours and Colour Chart
Some of our products have a "custom" option in the drop down tab. This means you can chose any colour from our Colour Chart. The Colour Chart can be found at the bottom of our Home Page under categories or here.
Stockists and Wholesale
Which Stockists can I find your products at?
We do not stock any Retailers at the moment sorry, if you would like to see our products in person be sure to follow us on Social Media (links below) so you can see if we are going to be at any Events near you in future.
Do you manufacture products for Wholesale?
Yes we do, however not our own products. If there is a product your business would like us to manufacture for you to sell please get in touch. We manufacture a range of different products for physical & online stores across New Zealand.
