This Rack comes with a two Cross Bars now that slot on the bottom rails at each end to keep the rack stable and open. The whole Rack is easy to collapse if you need to put it away by simply removing the Cross Bar. No tools are required to put this rack together, it slots together making it extremely user friendly.
